|Lead and Silver Assays from drill hole MRN12003B, Maronan Project, NW Queensland|
Assaying of the highly visible disseminated lead sulphide mineralisation in the recently completed daughter hole (MRN12003B) has returned a 10.6 metre true-width interval of mineralisation in the lower banded iron formation (Lower BIF) averaging 5.48% lead and 208g/t silver. This mineralisation occurs within a broader 13.1 metre true-width zone averaging 4.79 % lead and 174.8g/t silver and appears to zone from being lead-rich (>10%) towards the top to silver-rich (>400g/t) towards the base.
Assays from the Upper BIF defined three narrow zones of mineralisation including an impressive zone averaging 10.12% lead, 3.68% zinc, 154.5 g/t of silver and 0.5 g/t gold.
