CONFIRMATION OF RESOLUTIONS PASSED AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING The Company advises that the six resolutions considered by Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of Red Metal Limited held on 29 November 2018 were passed on a show of hands. Resolution 6 was passed as a special resolution with at least 75% of votes cast by Shareholders present and eligible to vote at the Meeting voting in favour of the resolution.
